The People of Springfield v. Simpson (Bart)

What Happened:

After Homer left Bart and Milhouse alone to reach a KBBL wagon to win $40 Bart and Milhouse accidentally steal Chief Wiggum’s car. Wiggum arrests them for joyriding.

The People of Springfield v. Van Houten
Judge Snyder presides juvenile court. He says Milhouse looks like a good student with his glasses and dismisses the case.

Bart goes next. Judge Snyder impressed says Bart it looks you were the ring leader on this car theft an that is a felony. An then says On the other hand, I was young was and as I suppose boys will… Then his vacations start in the middle of it and leaves the job to judge Constance Harm.

Constance Harm is harder than Roy Snyder. He reads gran theft auto. To what Bart responds it is an accident. Then she asked Homr why did he abandon Bart an Homer says he was chasing the KBBL wagon. She sentences Homer to be tethered to Bart. She was going to sent Bart to juvenile prison but she did not because she thought Homer was the problem.

Some days after Marge desperately cuts the tether which will bring them some trouble with Judge Harm at court.

She says that she thought the problem was the dad but that the mother is ni price pig herself. You can see her sentence in the following picture. Very unusual!

Afterwords Homer cuts his and Marge’s Lock. They go and put a banner with the message “Big Meanie” in Judge’s Harm boat-house and accidentally sink it.

In court:

Judge Harm: You two aren’t not only horrible parents you’re violent criminals so i’m gonna lock you up ’till frogs do fractions. Bart feels bad so he asks that he is punished instead. Then she says: Bart Simpson i hereby sentence you to five years of juvenile hall. Then when she is about to hit her gabble Judge Snyder comes back from his vacation. Lisa asks for a motion to declare that boys will be boys it is accepted and Bart is free of charges.
